Terms of Service
Effective date: July 28, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DailyShorts application, the dailyshorts.app website, our API and related services (the “Service”) operated by InfiniteQuant Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, trading as DailyShorts (“DailyShorts”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
DailyShorts is a software tool that creates short-form videos using artificial-intelligence providers — generating videos from your prompts and clipping or repurposing longer source videos you upload or link — and can schedule and automatically publish the results to third-party social platforms you connect. Output quality depends on the inputs you provide and on third-party AI models; we do not guarantee any specific result, view count, reach, or platform acceptance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 16 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) where a higher age is required by law. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Credits, Plans & Billing
- The Service runs on credits. Subscription plans include a recurring credit allowance; one-time credit packs can be purchased separately. Credits are prepaid, personal to your account, non-transferable, and hold no cash value.
- Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on each renewal.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Credits are consumed as you generate content and are not redeemable for cash.
- Prices, plan limits and credit costs may change; we will give notice of material changes, and they will not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Your Content & Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of the prompts, text, images, audio, video and other materials you upload or link (“Inputs”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit and adapt your Inputs solely to operate and provide the Service, including sending them to the AI and publishing providers we use.
- You represent and warrant that you own or hold all rights, licenses and permissions necessary to your Inputs (including any source videos, footage, music or clips you upload or link for clipping or repurposing), and that they do not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish.
- Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any third-party model terms, you own the videos you generate (“Outputs”). AI models may produce similar Outputs for other users; we make no exclusivity claim on your behalf.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or infringing;
- impersonates a real person or organization, or fabricates records, endorsements or reviews presented as genuine;
- is sexual content involving minors, or violates the policies of any platform you publish to;
- attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service.
6. Third-Party Platforms
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Paddle for payments and the AI providers that generate your videos, voiceovers and images, each governed by their own terms. When you connect an account (for example TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram), you authorize us to schedule and publish on your behalf through their APIs using the access you grant. Those platforms’ own terms govern your use of them, and they may change, suspend, or remove access or content outside our control.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyShorts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, reach or goodwill, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to comply with law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations) will survive.
9. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these Terms; when we make material changes we will revise the effective date above, and your continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
